Sport is an integral part of the curriculum at BPS. The school offers a wide range of activities to develop varied interests and talents — athletics, cricket, volleyball, yoga and Taekwon-Do are incorporated to enhance physical, intellectual and emotional development.

School Sports Promotion Foundation (SSPF)

Through its tournaments, SSPF identifies talent and helps them rise from school to district to state to national and international levels of competitive sport. BPS works with SSPF to provide every student a fair platform to showcase their skills.

Hindustan Scouts & Guides — Karnataka SHQ

Scouting supports young people in their physical, mental and spiritual development. BPS is the State Headquarters (SHQ) of Karnataka under HSG, and Dr. Afshad Ahmed B.Z is the Karnataka State Chairman.

Recognized by the Government of India and the World Federation of Independent Scouts (WFIS), Germany. More than 65 BPS students have already received the Governor Award; many more are nominated for the President Award.
